I received a Louis Vuitton purse as a gift and after many months discovered a horrible smell inside the bag. As it turned out the previous owner threw up inside the bag that soaked deep into the stitching. It was not cleaned or fixed. I notified Michelle who said all their bags are inspected. I was not asking for a refund, but wanted to bring it to her attention. With no answer from her in sight, at least a cleaning would have been nice.
