I was very disappointed in the shop. The lady sold me a hat that was defective and when I went to return it she would only give store credit and said she couldn't get a hold of the owner. Poor business practices. I usually bring my family and friends into the store. Once I use my store credit I will no longer go into this shop. Good luck with it staying in business.

My sister and I were there on Saturday. I love the clothing brands and bought several outfits for an upcoming trip. Will return again soon! The assistant was very helpful and accomodating.

I have been shopping here with my family for years, and have spent thousands of dollars. Yesterday my granddaughters were shopping for college and were treated not only rudely, but with hostility and suspicion. We will never return to Shop Girl ! All customers should be treated with respect.

The owner/manager is one of the rudest people running a shop ever. My nieces were there yesterday (one is biracial) and she treated them like thugs, like she didn’t think they could afford anything and were there to steal. What a joke! I’d avoid this unfriendly establishment if I were you. Not what you’d expect in Southport.
