had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a necklace and earrings online, and when I received them, I decided I wanted to return the necklace only. When I reached out to initiate the return, that’s when I was told the item was “final sale.” This was never disclosed anywhere on the website at the time of purchase, and it certainly wasn’t stated on the invoice I received in the box. TLDR: Plenty of other boutiques off of Camp Bowie that will charge you less for cuter clothes and will at least acknowledge you, so save your time and go somewhere else. Went shopping with a friend, and was never even acknowledged by any of the 2 ladies working that evening (1 on her phone and the other just seemed bothered to be there), only to find extremely overpriced clothing with very limited sizing in very obscure styles. The clothes were cute but the service we received was not the best. Upon entering we were greeted and we decided to look around and i happened to wonder over to what i assume was the hold rack, which i had no idea. I was just looking and didnt touch anything and out of nowhere a blonde girl came up behind and abruptly said “thats not for you” and grabbed a dress and walked away. I purchased a top from this store and it came with a very noticeable stain on the front. When they finally responded to my message about it they said I could ship them the item back and they would refund me but they would not refund my shipping (which was $10) or pay for the return shipping. I have never had a company send me (the customer) a damaged item before and then say I had to pay to return it. So ridiculous. Horrible return policy.
