Amazing staff! Worked with a super knowledgeable sales associate to get a new compound bow. He was communicative, thorough, and attentive. I came in feeling nervous to get my first bow and left very happy and excited that I had made the most informed, and perfect choice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Was a customer there for around two decades. Things have gone downhill since the owner became less involved. Staff are hit and miss; disinterested, unresponsive. What they lack in knowledge they make up for in opinions. Fewer and fewer reloading components, parts, and gunsmithing tools/chemicals in stock. Staff responses about these usually range from "Just buy a new one" to "Why bother reloading". I regularly purchase firearms and ammunition to test and review. I purchased my first shotgun from shooter's choice this winter and I have to say the service was stellar. I told the owner and staff there what discipline I was interested in and they helped me out with everything I needed to start shooting. They are knowledgeable and honest. They gave me great advice and I am particularly impressed that they did not try to upsell me.
