What a great place
I inquired about pricing on a new firearm 3 weeks ago on a Friday morning and was told their purchasing lady would call me by Tuesday the latest. 2 weeks have gone by and I never received a call. What kind of customer service is this? Why is getting a simple price and delivery like pulling teeth? I guess they are not interested in sales.
Great local gun shop. Always good inventory, selection and friendly staff. However, their website is very weak compared to the GTA competition. I would love it if they had and maintained an up to date and accurate website. Having that would put the icing on the cake!
Customer service is great. Adam has been really helpful over the last few years. Any issues I’ve had they go above and beyond to help out. Thanks guys
