Shooters took out family portraits 20 years ago. We were impressed at the time how they managed our large, disorganized family. (Cat herding at it's best!) The pics turned out GREAT! Due to recent deaths/relocations the original prints could not be found. I contacted them and within 1 day was told they were still available and posted them for us. Outstanding customer service and product management. Thank you!
