Been here on several occasions, never had to wait. I enjoyed the range. Allowed to rapid shoot. Good air circulation.
Today was the second time I used their online wait list. Both times I never was able to shoot. Today I signed up at 10 am and it said I had a 102 minute wait. At noon it texted me to head that way , only 17 minutes left. When I got to the store, 15 minutes later, the wait was now 385 minutes, At 7 pm the wait is still 60 minutes. It seems they give away the shooting times to people that they know when they enter the store. The store personnel were not helpful in getting us in to shoot. My husband and I took their beginner class and really enjoyed it. Very thorough and knowledgable. I also took a private lesson from Jenn and it was great. She made sure I understood everything and stayed with me until I was ready to finish for the day. Over a 100 rounds which is a lot for it being my second time to handle a gun. Would love to find a nice indoor range like Shoot Smart in Decatur.
Wonderful customer service!! I took a private lesson and it was my first time ever shooting a gun. My instructor Joe was patient and taught me a lot of pointers.
