I called up to ask about pricing for treatment in my home, and I was very impressed with how professional the staff was! The lady who helped me (I think she said her name was Tia?) was super friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions and was very patient while I explained my issues. I’m still calling around for pricing, but Shoops is definitely at the top of the list so far! It’s definitely hard to find good customer service these days, but the staff there seems to be fantastic! Thanks Tia!!!

I had my house sprayed by Shoops for german roaches not once but twice and once or twice many years ago, in which I had this same problem with the service provided, but the owner called me and made it right. This lady that called me this morning was VERY unprofessional, she spoke loudly on the phone making sure to talk over me and didn’t resolve the issue. I have used several companies all over the US. The service was unmatched! The lady who scheduled my appointment (Teiah) was super nice and knowledgeable. And she answered all of my questions without thinking I was crazy! 10/10 recommend!
