My experience and my opinion of this law group is that they are simply terrible, terrible, terrible. Please do yourself a favor and seek assistance elsewhere. The office staff in Reno are disorganized, confused, rude and unhelpful. The investigative staff and support staff from Las Vegas, present as uncaring, unprepared and overworked. My only contact with my attorney, Kevin, in a six month time frame, was 2 minutes via an awful webcam connection that was never completed or followed up with.
