Why don't you answer your phone pathetic customer service
We purchased an appliance and had it delivered. The unit was scratched when they set it into place and they tried to convince me it happed from while bringing it into my home, as if it was my fault. I was told a replacement would be ordered however it’s been almost 6 months. I’ve called multiple times and the staff say they will get back to me but never call back.
Apparently they say they will be there til 5:30 after you call for a messed up washing machine but when call back there gone
Was decent enough, until we had problems. Staff doesn’t respond to inquiries about issues, dents, sketchy delivery. Samsung fridge not working when delivered, one year later still have that fridge no ice or water. Store should have just swapped it right away, Not made us chase Samsung around. Extremely poor service when customers have trouble. Buyer beware.
