When I scheduled the appointment, I was informed of the 48-cancellation policy and submitted payment up front. On December 11, 2021, the day of my appointment, it was raining in the morning. save your money-poor service-dirty tubs – I chose this Spa because of it’s similarities in style to Ten Thousand Waves in Sante Fe NM...Outdoor soaking tubs-Japanese in style-and the similarities end at the style-because 10,000 Waves was AMAZING-but Shoji Spa was awful... I booked their package which included 2 hour long soaks and 2- 80 minute massages on the out door deck-and it costs more for the out door deck. When I booked on tge phone they advised me that if we needed to go inside due to weather we would see a credit on... read more
