Faye assisted me yesterday in buying my child some new shoes - she was phenomenal. She was so patient and so caring.
Faye was absolutely amazing. I came in to get my preppy her first pair of school shoes. We spent what felt like over 40 minutes searching for the perfect pair! Super patient, understanding, helpful. Even measured my 1 year old to help calm her down in the pram. Preppy walked away with stickers and a certificate at the end and she was OVER THE MOON. I own my own business and super hard to impress with customer service… she was AMAZING!
