I needed to get a pair of “school” shoes for a new job, and as an adult, felt a bit out of place going where I bought shoes back in primary school! I didn’t get the staff member’s name (I should’ve!) but he helped me out wonderfully. Very thankful for such great service.
Took my 8 and 6 year old children today to get fitted with some new school shoes. The store was reasonably busy but within a minute or two, a gentleman named Sairose approached us offering assistance. He was incredibly helpful about which shoes would be suitable for my children's huge but narrow feet. Both kids & I walked out of the store happy with the result. Sairose was prompt, courteous & helpful from start to finish. Great customer service.
Alicia was amazing and so super patient with my son Artie who is non verbal, so it was very tricky. Thank you so much I’m am very appreciative.

Had a great experience, after looking in a few shoe stores around then mall we walked in S&S. We were served by Alyshia who was very helpful and I left with two happy young ladies
