Went to buy school and sport shoes for my daughter (5yo). All the staff were friendly making sure we were kept informed on wait times for a fitting and showing us available shoe options. Alisha was amazing! She was incredibly patient with my daughter, trying on various shoes multiple times and giving suggestions on sizing, fit and what would suit my daughter best. It was a smooth and easy process thanks to Alisha and we appreciate all the time, patience and kindness shown. Would highly recommend.

I needed to get a pair of “school” shoes for a new job, and as an adult, felt a bit out of place going where I bought shoes back in primary school! I didn’t get the staff member’s name (I should’ve!) but he helped me out wonderfully. Very thankful for such great service.
Took my 8 and 6 year old children today to get fitted with some new school shoes. The store was reasonably busy but within a minute or two, a gentleman named Sairose approached us offering assistance. He was incredibly helpful about which shoes would be suitable for my children's huge but narrow feet. Both kids & I walked out of the store happy with the result. Sairose was prompt, courteous & helpful from start to finish. Great customer service.
