Radiculous customer service lining up at the door when there is only one customer inside one staff is busy with them and God knows what other one is doing, pathetic customer services store need to update their customer service policy and staff need to move their feet bit quick too slow need proper training.
Waiting for over 20 mins to be served- not even a single acknowledgment by the 2 staff members working. Poor customer service.
They are only nice and friendly until you run into a problem
Thank you so much to the sweet girl with glasses and auburn hair! Came in on Sunday to get shoes for my niece and it was such an easy process. She was so kind, patient & knowledgeable! Definitely recommend if you’re seeking out some cute shoes and great service! ♥️
