One of my family friend's kid has some sensory issues and Evelina was so patient and helped her with so many pairs of shoes. We end up with 5 pairs of shoes between us today. Thank you and we had such a good experience today at the shop.

The young staff needs more training when dealing with customers and children. They become easily frustrated, impatient and show signs of aggression, when dealing with multiple shoe try on and size inquiries. Very poor customer service. Don’t recruit young girls who act like children.
Radiculous customer service lining up at the door when there is only one customer inside one staff is busy with them and God knows what other one is doing, pathetic customer services store need to update their customer service policy and staff need to move their feet bit quick too slow need proper training.
