Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of shoes
I went to the store before Christmas. My daughter wanted a pair of Glittery Crocs. They didn't have them in her size, but I was told that I could order them in store and they'd be delivered to my door. I paid for the crocs in store. Three days later, I was given an email from head office saying they didn't have them in stock in the warehouse. Head office could not give me a refund over the phone. Staf is very bad !!!
Fabulous experience at the Southland store. Booked an appointment for school shoe fitting. The sales girls were just amazing. Patient, got us the type and size we needed and made our son feel at ease. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
