Came to return shoes - just after 7:30 on a Thursday. Shop closed. Probably should update your times if this is a regular occurrence

We had the best experience at Shoes and Sox Southland! The manager (whoops I’ve forgotten her name) had so so much care for fitting my little ones first pair of shoes! She was just as excited as me and was fantastic with my little one. We got a ‘first shoes’ photo to take home and is sitting proudly in the fridge. She even took a second photo as he wasn’t looking in the first one- so much genuine care. Thank you for being so helpful- definitely recommend!
I strongly recommend getting your child fitted for shoes here. We had a very positive experience. Everyone was friendly, experienced and helped me to find comfortable shoes that fit properly.
Not enough staff...staff seem to be customomer focused enough ..just have more than 2 people on in sale time on a Saturday
