Horrible store on managing the queue. I waited close to an hour just to receive the message to walk over to the store when I was only 10m away from the store. I did not see my name on the TV and kept on waiting for the extra 20 mins to find out my name was called out already. Poorly trained staff and the lady at the entrance was not even wearing the uniform. I had very bad experience today at Shoes & Sox Parramatta. We had to wait an hour and finally, what we received is staff are rude and are not willing to help. If you want to have worst experience when shopping instore, go straight to this store.
Worst customer service I was standing around waiting for staff to acknowledge me and my 3 kids then I asked a staff member coming out from the stock room to see if she could bring me my children’s sizes as they don’t need to be measured and she straight up said no I’m doing something else will never step foot in there or spend any money there
Manjita should receive an award for best customer service! I had a problem with an online order and expiring credit note and couldn't make it into the store. I called instead and Manjita was the one to pick up the call and thank God she did! After explaining my issue, she was very sympathetic and understood my reason for being stressed as it was the weekend and head office wasn't contactable until Monday. She was so patient and attentive while helping me find the perfect shoes for my twins. Manjita took the time to understand my needs and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
