What an Amazing Service you get in this store! Theses days retails Customer service has gone down, due to lack of enough staff but thank god S &S maintains that. The staff that served me on Thursday evening Shree was excellent on what she is doing. She knows well what we were looking for and gave us best service. Thank you Shree!

Disappointed with the lack of customer service. We came into the store around 1:00 PM unfortunately no staff assisted us and we left, store was not busy.
Came into the store last week thursday with my son, he has difficulty focusing and feels overwhelmed with his surroundings but Shree had amazing knowledge and knew just what we were after, with her patients she helped us with everything. I want to thank her for how beautiful her customer service was from the minute we walked in and was greeted with a smile until the minute we left and was very pleased with the service!! Will be coming back!
I came into this store over the weekend looking to get some new shoes for my son. I had never shopped here before so I was a bit skeptical but I had an absolutely amazing experience. A huge thank you to the lovely worker Erika and her amazing customer service. She was so helpful, patient and understanding with all my concerns and my son’s needs. I left the store feeling completely satisfied and truly looked after. Thank you Erika, you are a gem!
