Manjita should receive an award for best customer service! I had a problem with an online order and expiring credit note and couldn't make it into the store. I called instead and Manjita was the one to pick up the call and thank God she did! After explaining my issue, she was very sympathetic and understood my reason for being stressed as it was the weekend and head office wasn't contactable until Monday. I purchased a pair of school shoes for my son from Shoes & Sox Parramatta Westfield in late January this year. He has only worn them to kindergarten for just 1.5 terms, and yet they’ve already worn out — which is extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and brand reputation. When I visited the store today hoping for at least some acknowledgment or credit, I was completely dismissed. You have to now give them your full name, email, and phone number just to get them give you the right shoe size. How ridiculous.
