Well if this store is appointment only store then please dont open these doors for general public. This is not the first time this has happened but i really felt the need to escalate this to someone who really cares behind the store and the brand standards. The staff is unwelcoming all the time. Rude staff!
Christina is the best. Give that woman a raise immediately. She goes above and BEYOND for customers. I was trying my hardest to track down a pair of shoes for my son’s birthday and Christina did everything she could to help me. She’s so friendly, kind, helpful and doesn’t make you feel like a burden. Unreal customer service. Thanks Christina!!! ❤️
