The old lady who worked on Sunday 25th Jan was super rude and unhelpful. Luckily the younger staff help me with the exchange.
Hire more staff waited 1 hour to pay for off the shelf shoes.

Won't honour Qantas points & shouldn’t be a Qantas partner. Made a online order and ensured I linked to their site from the Qantas shopping site to take advantage of Qantas points accrued from sale. The Quantas shopping site is a bit buggy though and doesn’t always register the purchase so I gathered purchases proof, proof that Shoes & Sox site was access via Qantas affiliate link, and proof that Qantas shopping site should have been tracking order and submitted it to Qantas Shopping team. Absolutely not the staffs fault, they can only do what they can one customer at a time. Higher management should be employing additonal staff during busy periods (Black Friday sales - Christmas) I have been standing in line for over 20 minutes to pay for 3 pairs of crocs. How can one staff member be expected to retrieve multiple sizes/pairs while still serving customers? I would have gone elsewhere but this was the only store who had the sizes I need, which is why I leave 2 stars for their large range.
