I went to the store to exchange size of my daughter shoes and Alex helped me with that. Alex works at shoe n Sox store but she didn’t have the size but when she checked the Myer website they had 3-4 pairs but unfortunately no staff at shoe n Sox Myer to help me.Alex showed her exceptional customer service and noted down my details and waited for another staff member to reach the store as she was alone at the store and can’t leave it to help me at Myers. Alexandra helped measure and fit our child and couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. She started by gaining our child’s trust, showing them the measuring tool and giving them one of their own to play with. It made them so much more comfortable once the measuring began. Once we had picked out the shoes we wanted she realised it was our first pair and took a little photo for us. What a beautiful first experience with this brand. You’ve got a real asset in Alexandra.
Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledge with helping me find a comfortable shoe for my son. I left the store feeling very happy knowing my son would be comfortable at childcare with his new shoes. Highly recommend visiting and seeing her! Thank you lovely
The old lady who worked on Sunday 25th Jan was super rude and unhelpful. Luckily the younger staff help me with the exchange.
