Alexandra helped measure and fit our child and couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. She started by gaining our child’s trust, showing them the measuring tool and giving them one of their own to play with. It made them so much more comfortable once the measuring began. Once we had picked out the shoes we wanted she realised it was our first pair and took a little photo for us. What a beautiful first experience with this brand. You’ve got a real asset in Alexandra.
Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledge with helping me find a comfortable shoe for my son. I left the store feeling very happy knowing my son would be comfortable at childcare with his new shoes. Highly recommend visiting and seeing her! Thank you lovely
The old lady who worked on Sunday 25th Jan was super rude and unhelpful. Luckily the younger staff help me with the exchange.
Hire more staff waited 1 hour to pay for off the shelf shoes.
Christina at northland Preston helped my daughters with school shoes. I can to not express the level of satisfaction we received she was fantastic, and exceeding our expectations went above and beyond to full fill our needs. Christina is exceptional at preston northland. 5 🌟 rating. Very impressed.
