I had a fantastic experience today purchasing shoes for my son, with the help of staff member Phoebe. Phoebe was incredibly friendly and patient in the approx 30 minutes she spent helping us. She measured my son's feet carefully, and was happy to show us every pair of shoes that met our specification with a smile, despite the store being very busy. This would easily be the worst store i have ever been into. The customer service is terrible and I have walked out twice without even being attended to. Worth the drive to Penrith for better service
We had an excellent experience earlier this week. Naveera was amazingly helpful throughout our visit. Her kind and friendly attitude instantly put us at ease, and she went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect fit for my daughter. Naveera patiently answered all of our many questions and provided thoughtful recommendations that showed her expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the service! I highly recommend this store and especially Naveera for anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer care.

Had a great experience buying shoes for my 4yo son. He has autism and is usually quite picky with shoes, but Ana was excellent with him and made him very comfortable. Great service!
