This would easily be the worst store i have ever been into. The customer service is terrible and I have walked out twice without even being attended to. Worth the drive to Penrith for better service
We had an excellent experience earlier this week. Naveera was amazingly helpful throughout our visit. Her kind and friendly attitude instantly put us at ease, and she went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect fit for my daughter. Naveera patiently answered all of our many questions and provided thoughtful recommendations that showed her expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the service! I highly recommend this store and especially Naveera for anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer care.

Had a great experience buying shoes for my 4yo son. He has autism and is usually quite picky with shoes, but Ana was excellent with him and made him very comfortable. Great service!
I went into the store and was greeted by a lovely lady named Ana. Ana was so helpful and supportive with my daughter. Background is my daughter has just received her first AFO boot and it’s only on the left foot, which makes it hard to buy shoes as I realised today. After finally finding a pair of shoes to fit her foot I had to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but in different sizes. I was also offered a discount to help out with the cost. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my child not feel different and accepted.
