Tried to return a pair of shoes here that I purchased from another S&S store, however they will only accept MYER purchased S&S items. Inconsistent with the rest of S&S store return policy.
I made a special journey by public transport to this "store". Had to ask two shop workers where this outlet was in Myer as it was impossible to navigate the 6th floor location. I needed to exchange a pair of child's slippers purchased in Chatswood which I was told could be exchanged at any store. There were no staff in the Shoes & Sox area so had to find a paypoint the other end of the floor only to be told it's not possible to return Shoes & Sox merchandise in Myer. Goed geholpen voor mooie kinderschoenen!
Really frustrated 😠 purchased some school shoes for my son only to find once we arrived home they have boxed two different shoes. Tried to call the shop a number of times and someone keeps hanging the phone up rejecting calls. I shouldn't have to spend my own time and money traveling back into the city to fix this problem.
OK to find when you know where to look ;), Very helpful staff, sadly didn't take your Shoe&Sox vouchers. That was odd, the rest of the interaction was very pleasant.
