I purchased a pair of shoes online and a few hours later on the same day the shoes went on sale by 30%. I wrote an email immediately requesting to cancel the order or to refund me the difference. They didn’t do either and said basically that it was my bad luck. It then took 3 days for them to post the shoes, so why not cancel my order. I would give zero stars if possible. I will never shop with them again
Leah is wonderful at Robina Myers. You will know that she loves her job. She is great to deal with. She made my kid feel at ease when selecting shoes. Asset to the organisation.
