Always understaffed. Always come here and then having to leave without anyone even giving the shoe size as the staff is too busy helping other customers.
Went to buy a pair of shoes for my 16 month old son. Trusted the lady who measured his foot. He of course wouldn’t take them off so now can’t return. Must be about 4 sizes too big. Thanks for wasting $95. He will probably fit them in summer. They are winter shoes…

When I ordered my kid's shoes at Karrinyup store , I have explained what type of shoes and order number to old lady, but she asked me " what order " many times. I have explained many times . then she threw my order with terrible behaviour. Joondalup store is much better than Karrinyup store.
