I made a booking for a fitting for my granddaughter at the Marion store.This was confirmed twice via txt.When we got to the shopping centre we found out the shop is closed down.Not good enough Shoes and Sox.You wasted our time.Shut down your booking site for the Marion shop.You have lost a customer who might have shopped with you for many years.

Hit and miss with this place. Sometimes you get great service where the girls make the kids have a great time, ask them questions and make them smile. Then sometimes you get someone like we did on Sunday afternoon 23/7 where they just don’t care. Short with us, short with our child. No effort no smiles. Okay I get it you don’t like working on Sunday but if you are working in a kids shoe store please can we have a little effort. Will return but just disappointed this time around.
The worst shopping experience I have ever had here. We were looking for the asics shoes and my girls size was measured as 7 the sale person brought us a 9 and insisting it was the right shoes. It was so unprofessional to me. My daughter didn’t need to run or walk just by my single touch, the shoe came off. I told the salesperson for another smaller size. She insisted this was right according to the measurements and unhappily go back to find a smaller one. We eventually picked the smaller one as a mother of my daughter I know... read more
