Horrible service, had a gentleman come up to me going were extremely busy. It was two employees and three customers only and yet he was insistent that I use his iPad to register to go to a queue, which wasted my time while I had to try and make sure that my child was happy to stay still while I try and register this thing . meanwhile a lady with a stroller who was in the store at the same time who knew how to use the iPad system was reluctant to mention that it was a Q system and just pushed right in front of me to make sure... read more

The staff were so kind when I arrived at closing time to pick up an online order. They not only stayed open but were very sweet and understanding. Customer service and Retail isn't an easy job but nice attitudes and kindness is appreciated 😊
No service, no indication after 20 minutes of waiting that you have to sign in to get service. Put the notice at the door and not inside the shop at the till where people are blocking it because they have to pay. Totally ridiculous
