The staff were so kind when I arrived at closing time to pick up an online order. They not only stayed open but were very sweet and understanding. Customer service and Retail isn't an easy job but nice attitudes and kindness is appreciated 😊
No service, no indication after 20 minutes of waiting that you have to sign in to get service. Put the notice at the door and not inside the shop at the till where people are blocking it because they have to pay. Totally ridiculous
Queue system doesn’t work, people still push in. Took well over an hours weights. Lots of mums just wasting time. Very disappointing
