Queue is very long not enough people to serve- go early or book ahead
Horrible experience, booked a shoe fitting for my one and a half year old, when arrived was seen quickly. The women only mesured 1 foot, muttered somthing then preceded to serve the next customer I would avoid spending your money here and go somwhere else that will give better service.
There's no point in booking the loudest voice gets served first. -edited post response from owner Thanks for your response; you have just described a queueing process which is fine BUT if your store has implemented a queueing process, why would you then take bookings! The nature of a booking is that one can make an appointment and then have a service provided at the agreed time. One does not expect to make and appointment to join a queue, i can do that by simply walking into the store.
Excellent service! Mithil went above and beyond in fitting our children’s school shoes. He even went to another store within the complex to get a size out of stock in store. Highly recommend.
Check your bag when you check out . They may put not what you asked for . We bought sport shoes for school , ended up with wrong size marry Jane shoes that they didn’t have right size for . And customer service is just waste of time, absolutely useless .
