I was served by an Irish or American lady I think De who was absolutely wonderful such a genuine, kind soul. She helped me find the perfect shoes with so much care and patience, making the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in how she treats people. I’m really grateful for her help she made my day. So grateful for the help that American or Irish lady gave. De is delightful to shop with.

We walked in after lunch, during back to school season with no booking and were fitted right away. The person serving us really knew how to fit a shoe, assess a walk, understood school kids needs, catered to different needs, and understood their products and their market really well. They explained everything really well and were great to work with to find the right shoes.

Poor service after waiting 20 mins to be served the shoes I was trying to purchase were sold to a man whom had just walked into the store and pushed into the line.
