Went in to size up shoes for my toddler. Staff immediately went to back room, only popping out occasionally. She even noticed me having to use the measuring device and didn’t say a word. Just kept going out the back. When we left we noticed both staff members return to the shop floor. Bizarre and horrible experience. It’s daunting buying your new walker shoes and they made it feel so unwelcoming.

Visited 19th of June in the afternoon. I have never experienced two retail workers so avoidant of helping customers. They didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, with one staff member running straight out the back. They made us feel so uncomfortable when we simply asked for a pair of shoes to try on. We even had to size up our son ourselves .. if you don’t want to work in retail, then don’t!

Walked into the store today on a quiet Monday afternoon. The sales assistant was at the front and did not greet me or my husband and my baby, just stared and didn’t smile. She had not said a word, and we were the only ones in the store. She then proceeded to walk out the back… how strange. Quite frankly I was shocked at the lack of customer service! I browsed the shoes and the sales assistant never returned back into the store so we just left.

Thank you so much Sylvia for your patience and kindness today. 🌸 When the Velcro shoes weren’t available in my daughter’s size and we had to buy lace-up ones, you kindly took the time to teach her how to tie the laces. She was so happy and proud! Truly appreciate your amazing support. 👟💖
