Walked into the store today on a quiet Monday afternoon. The sales assistant was at the front and did not greet me or my husband and my baby, just stared and didn’t smile. She had not said a word, and we were the only ones in the store. She then proceeded to walk out the back… how strange. Quite frankly I was shocked at the lack of customer service! I browsed the shoes and the sales assistant never returned back into the store so we just left.
Thank you so much Sylvia for your patience and kindness today. 🌸 When the Velcro shoes weren’t available in my daughter’s size and we had to buy lace-up ones, you kindly took the time to teach her how to tie the laces. She was so happy and proud! Truly appreciate your amazing support. 👟💖

Try not to give your email address for purchases unless you are ok with around 10 to 15 emails a day from their parent company who own many other businesses like “Clarks and Hush Puppies” to name a few. Check prices in store prior to your child viewing the shoe as they will upsell you using your Childs emotion’s to persuade you to purchase. Using strategically placed fun items at kid height near the register whilst they add additional value on chosen items.
