Had a fitting appointment booked at the Indooroopilly store, but it was closed because the staff member with keys arrived 55 mins late. During that time, 8–10 families came by and left. Another staff member was also waiting, and a nearby store employee said this lateness is a regular issue. A manager from another store did her best to get in touch, but the store still opened nearly an hour late. Very disappointing experience—completely unprofessional and a real inconvenience.
We purchased some shoes and after one wear, the colour was rubbing off. Returned them and advised their returns policy doesn’t cover colouring (fading/rubbing off). This is understandable after an extended period but not after one wear.
Came on a Thursday night and not even open

This is a typical case of a big store bullying customers. It is very unfair to customers. The preferential policy formulated by their company is a rubbish policy. Before June 2024, the preferential activity of this store was to buy 6 pairs of full-price shoes and get a pair of free shoes. Now they have totally stopped this activity.
