Served by Josh yesterday and had the best experience, he really engaged with my son about what he wanted in a shoe, checked his sizing, explained it all to me and gave me the best options for his foot. In comparison to 3 other stores who either had no staff to be seen or couldn't have cared less to help. I will continue to buy my son's shoes from here :)
Had a fitting appointment booked at the Indooroopilly store, but it was closed because the staff member with keys arrived 55 mins late. During that time, 8–10 families came by and left. Another staff member was also waiting, and a nearby store employee said this lateness is a regular issue. A manager from another store did her best to get in touch, but the store still opened nearly an hour late. Very disappointing experience—completely unprofessional and a real inconvenience.
We purchased some shoes and after one wear, the colour was rubbing off. Returned them and advised their returns policy doesn’t cover colouring (fading/rubbing off). This is understandable after an extended period but not after one wear.
