Thank you so much to Zac for helping me and my cousin this morning. We bought 3 pairs of shoes in total and Zac was so helpful. I love this shop. Elis was very helpful with helping me.
Jackson is thr best sales person!!! Ugg express is the best!!
Went there at 4 pm and the 5 staff were joking between each other and ignored me for 8 minutes until I gave up and walked away. Fantastic customer service if you like to self serve in a place designed for you to by through staff
Visited on Fri night after school with my two kids & Zak was absolutely amazing. His customer service was outstanding so patient, kind and helpful with the kids. He went above and beyond to find the right school shoe sizes for the girls, even checking the storeroom so we wouldn’t have to come back. If this is the level of service at the store, I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Zak
