I have been shopping at your store for some time and have never had an issue until yesterday. I purchased a pair of sandals for my toddler, which unfortunately did not fit due to being a narrow style. I was unaware that this style came in different width fittings. My son has wide feet, so I returned to exchange them for a wider fit. During this process, I was met with unnecessary attitude from the sales assistant. Great experience shopping here. We needed to buy school shoes for my two teenage sons. Great selection of shoes and Larissa’s service was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great knowledge and very kind to my daughter with helping her get her first school shoes fitted- Tania was excellent! The staff here are lovely and I hope they’re compensated well for their outstanding customer service. Always come back to this shop for the range and knowing we will get the right fit for my wider foot children.
Thank you so much to the staff member who helped us today at Shoes & Sox Highpoint. I have been here many times to buy shoes for my kids and have always found the customer service to be good - they are great at doing the fit checks and patient with kids who don't always cooperate! Bought shoes for my toddler. Took home and went to put them on him and they were two left feet. Now need to drive 30 mins back to highpoint to get it corrected. They don’t answer their phone either.
