Went there at 4 pm and the 5 staff were joking between each other and ignored me for 8 minutes until I gave up and walked away. Fantastic customer service if you like to self serve in a place designed for you to by through staff
Visited on Fri night after school with my two kids & Zak was absolutely amazing. His customer service was outstanding so patient, kind and helpful with the kids. He went above and beyond to find the right school shoe sizes for the girls, even checking the storeroom so we wouldn’t have to come back. If this is the level of service at the store, I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Zak
I have been shopping at your store for some time and have never had an issue until yesterday. I purchased a pair of sandals for my toddler, which unfortunately did not fit due to being a narrow style. I was unaware that this style came in different width fittings. My son has wide feet, so I returned to exchange them for a wider fit. During this process, I was met with unnecessary attitude from the sales assistant.
