Wanted to share our fantastic experience at Shoes & Sox Frankston - Manager Kate fitted my daughter’s school shoes and runners and did such a fantastic job. She was so friendly, put her at ease, and was so helpful. Will be returning to this store from now on. Amazing job Kate!
Had the best experience with Macaila helping us find the right sizes for our 5year old and 3year old on Black Friday Sales as well! Her customer service skills are excellent and even when our 3year old threw a tantrum she still showed amazing care and service!
