Not very accommodating. We were looking for a fun experience getting my daughter’s first pair of shoes which we were going to give to her for her birthday, we were wanting something she could grow into. After expressing this we were turned away being told nothing would fit her and we were wasting our money. Leaving with no shoes for her birthday gift in two week. I was really disappointed with the service today. I arrived and waited patiently while the store was busy, but no one let me know there was a QR code sign-in system. As a result, people who came in after me were seen first. It felt very unfair and disorganised. A simple verbal check-in or clear signage would have made a big difference. Poor experience
Kate and the team here in Frankston are so kind. They just helped me navigate an exchange with so much kindness and ease, which for a mother of 2 is genuinely heaven sent! They will have my loyalty going forward and hopefully yours too!
