It was very busy but the staff were fast and efficient.
Customer service non existent. Asked a woman for help who was pretending to be busy. Refused to measure my child's feet, just asked what shoe size she currently is. Then spoke down to my child about how she's trying on the wrong size shoe. When I asked if she had any in the size she recommended we try on she said 'i dunno, it's just what's on the shelf 'and just vaguely pointed. We made a trip to chermside from our of town and it's was extremely disappointing. Left with nothing. Bought online instead.

We've always had great experiences here and our most recent trip was no exception. It was only 45 mins to closing and Joshua was on by himself. There were 3 familes and 5 children in the store. They were all measured, choices given and recommendations made. He even listened to my young son when he said the chosen shoes were too tight. It's so important that young feet are well taken care of so we'll keep coming back until we put grow all the shoes.
