The customer service from this store is awful! On Sunday, 22 Feb 26 at 13:20 and I was waiting in front of the cashier ready to pay and all of them were ignored me and one lady with glasses I guess she’s the team leader. She came to the cashier and asked me to step a side with rude tone ‘can you step a side because I need to serve my customer’ What she said means that I’m not her customer? . I explained to my 9 years old son to treat all people the same regardless of what background they comes from.
The treatment I received at this place was absolutely disgusting. I have never bought school shoes from here before and I will NEVER step one foot in here again. I waited for ages in line only for the lady to ignore me and start to serve the lady next to me. When I said to the lady next to me that she completely ignored me the staff lady spoke to me very rudely and said the lady next to me was first. That lady told her no, that I was waiting before her. Shout out to these amazing people! I came to leave a review about some good service but saw some horrible reviews :( People need to understand how busy and hard these people work and if you are nice to them they will go above and beyound. Dont yell, have some kindness for people. It is easy for you to do ❤️
Amy was fabulous in helping fit my three children in an efficient and calm manner. I was worried it would be mega stressful, but Amy handled everything and I didn’t need to do a thing.
