Huge thank you to the amazing staff at the Chatswood store. While waiting for our turn, it was so clear how hard you all work—helping kids with every personality, from super high-energy to super shy. Your patience is truly next level. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and care you showed my kids. We come in every year for shoes, and despite how busy it gets with kids and parents everywhere, I always feel relaxed and looked after. Such a wonderful team. Special mention to Marie. Online says close at 6pm, chase website says 7pm. Went there today, Saturday at 5.04pm worker shrugged her shoulders and shoe'd me away as she said they were closed at 5pm... there were others, I wasnt solely the only one...
The middle aged staff was extremely rude and refused to sell me a pair of shoes (no fitting needed), because there are other people waiting for fitting and they are closing in 45 minutes. Never knew you couldn’t buy goods from a store during opening hours.
Great experience with school shoes. The girl serving us (Nia?) could not have been more helpful. She kept on giving us options and went out of her way to make sure we got a great fit in the preferred style.
I turned up to the Chatswood Chase shop today at 9 am as per the website times to find out the shop didn’t actually open till 10 am however one of the employees turned up 40 minutes early and was kind enough to open the shop early to attend to the many families that were waiting to be served. Great service!! I was in and out in no time!! I wouldn’t buy my school shoes for the kids anywhere else! Thanks Shoes & Sox.
