We received great customer service from Tiana (hope I got your name right). She took her time to find the right shoe fit for our son. , giving him different options to try. Thank you.

Pathetic experience of scanning a bar code to make a kid sit in seat to try a shoe! Update: Based on reply from store, I think you should put a big sign on front - NO ENTRY WITHOUT APPOINTMENT OR BARCODE SCANNING

Thanks so much to the very helpful guy (I think his name is dean) working at Myer shoes and Sox today at castle towers-He went above and beyond to help us find the right shoes for our toddler. He was so patient, knowledgeable and wonderful customer service!

I was buying sandals for 2 grand-daughters. The range was good so both found something they liked. The sales assistant really knew her stock, was very helpful, patient and friendly. The sandals we bought were properly fitted, suited each child's foot, and were a size that will last right through summer. And we benefited from a loyalty discount.
