Rude staff - probably understaffed for sale season but no reason to yell
I used to love coming into store before when they were next to kids stuff, the space in the new area is so cramped that my pram couldn’t move in the store. I had to put my hands up to ask for assistance and the shoes were already put aside and the girl rolled eyes. I shop so much from the brand but prefer chase service than the towers.
Sharon, the store manager at Shoes & Sox Castle Towers, provided absolutely amazing customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on choosing the right shoes for developing feet. We left feeling confident that both children are wearing the correct shoes for their growth and comfort. Such a reassuring and professional experience, we will definitely be back.
We had a great experience with Kenzie. We were looking for my son's first pair of shoes and she patiently gave us options while the store was busy. The polaroid at the end to capture his first shoe was a lovely touch. Thank you Kenzie!
