Puja was super helpful, gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate when fitting my hungry, "desperate for the toilet" three and a half year old. My daughter walked out happy and proud of her new shoes which she couldn't wait to show her new friends! Thank you so much for your help and kindness.
Jason helped fit some shoes for my son. He was absolutely delightful with both my kids and they spent the whole time wildly amused by his antics in the best possible way. It was my far the best shipping experience I've had with the children. Thank you so much Jason! Your kindness and enthusiasm made us all smile and we got some appropriate shoes too.
After coming here for years, was treated incredibly rudely today by a man called Dee after I left the overcrowded store for 5 mins. Only two staff were working. I was 5th in the queue and wanted to give other customers space to look for shoes as it’s a very small space. When I came back 5 mins later I’d disappeared from the queue - it wasn’t functioning correctly. He made me go back to the back of the queue.
