Lucia was brilliant, such a patient and kind manager and helped us get the right fit and appropriate shoes for our growing toddler.
I am in store waiting to spend money and they are calling names of people who aren’t even here. My place is 16 in the cue but there are only 4 people in store. Terrible system. I have said to the manager I am waiting to spend money right now in your shop and they just keep calling names of..ghosts.. terrible service. Also the shop is very untidy.
My husband went to pick out two sizes for shoes. We did not need a fitting. Rejected and told to join the queue. Same issue the year before and I’m assuming with the same older male I had the issue with last year. Very infuriating considering we don’t need a child’s foot measurement but expected to wait 30 minutes or longer to make a purchase. This year, we had our second child here for measuring their feet and getting their first pair of high school shoes - we decided to buy the Clarke's Daytona again which are comfortable and really good quality. The new booking system in the lead up to school start seems a bit over the top, but plenty of staff ensure a short wait time anyway. We were served by Therese and she was just lovely and professional, getting us sorted quickly. Thanks again for turning this daunting to do into a quick win.
Dear Store Manager, I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at your store on November 8th, at around 3:00 PM. I came into the store to purchase children’s shoes and asked for assistance in measuring my child’s foot size. When I went to place my child on the measuring platform, a female staff member told me that the platform was “in use.” However, there was no customer using the platform at that time, nor was there anyone waiting for it.
