I went there on Tuesday with my 2 kids. I was looking at shoes and waiting for a lady to finish with a mum and daughter. When she had finished I had asked for a size to buy (not try on as he had already tried his size) she said “one moment”. I waited for a bit while my other son was choosing something. I asked again 10mins later (this whole time there was no one else being served, the rest of the customers were browsing). She again replied with “one moment”. I have purchased two pairs of shoes from this store over the past year, one from Reebok another from New balance. The Reebok's sole started coming off after a few months of wear. The new balance lasted one term of wear before the velcro stopped gripping. Very poor quality shoes and response from staff is that the shoes are only designed to last a few months. How wasteful.
