Dear Store Manager, I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at your store on November 8th, at around 3:00 PM. I came into the store to purchase children’s shoes and asked for assistance in measuring my child’s foot size. When I went to place my child on the measuring platform, a female staff member told me that the platform was “in use.” However, there was no customer using the platform at that time, nor was there anyone waiting for it. Waited while staff stood and watched kids pick colours for ages, wouldn’t get us a shoe to try so queue forming and we all got to wait.
Waited 15mins to pay, and just had to leave the shoes on the cash register because no one could help me.
Went to this store at Bondi in the morning, 16th September to look for a nice little pair of shoes for our 4 year old grandson after he had misplaced his new sneakers.The range of shoes was amazing and the young woman who served us was so helpful, finding a neat little pair of retro style addidas sneakers at a really good price. I'm sure he will love them when we get back to NZ and give them to him. Thankyou.
I have the best customer service with Paul thanks for your time and make very good experience there absolutely I will come back
