It was a public holiday and they had 1 person working who honestly moved at the pace of a glacier. There were so many kids waiting for fittings and some were having meltdowns and it just took the sales person forever to get anything. It was partially her fault but also likely the franchisee who didn't schedule enough people to work. Chrissake just schedule enough people to work on a public holiday! So many people left the store cos they were tired of waiting
Visited on Saturday 6/6/26 around lunchtime with my daughter and ended up needing help across three separate visits, including a shoe swap. All three staff members we dealt with were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even though it was a busy Saturday. Wonderful customer service, thank you!
Your staff are incredibly patient, and do their very best to assist, however for how busy it was on the weekend and how many customers there were I do think an additional staff member is needed. Some of the customers were so rude not only to the staff doing their best but to other customers as a result of how busy it was
Last week I wanted to buy shoes for my kids but found that the shop was closed around 4:45. I was crossing the store again around 5:30 and saw a male staff. I was visiting from Yass and it was an hassle to come this far to find the store closed.
Very rude staff. I purchased shoes for my child with the understanding I could exchange the shoes for a new size if they did not fit. I would not have purchased the shoes if the employee didn’t tell me this. I came back to exchange sizes and was told I needed to pay an extra $15 as the shoes were no longer on sale. This would make the shoes $65 each! Absolutely not how it works but the employees couldn’t seem to understand the concept.
