I had a great experience at Shoes & Sox Chadstone. I bought socks for my kids and I’m really happy with the quality, they are comfortable, durable, and definitely worth the price. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they helped me choose the right products for my kids. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!
Disappointing in-store experience today. Staff asked us to scan a QR code and enrol before trying shoes, which would be fine if the process was actually managed fairly. Instead, multiple customers who had not enrolled were allowed to try shoes ahead of us while we were left waiting. It felt disorganised and confusing, with no clear queue system or priority for customers who followed the instructions.
