Disappointing in-store experience today. Staff asked us to scan a QR code and enrol before trying shoes, which would be fine if the process was actually managed fairly. Instead, multiple customers who had not enrolled were allowed to try shoes ahead of us while we were left waiting. It felt disorganised and confusing, with no clear queue system or priority for customers who followed the instructions. Maddy was incredibly helpful and super kind. Definitely have a chat with her. And if her boss is reading this she deserves a pay rise
Very busy when visiting. But staffs have good patient especially with kid’s demand and this should be appreciated. At the end got my son a pair and he seems happy with them. Overall we had a good experience shopping at here. Furthermore, they have plenty of stores that located all over so if we are looking for any changes or refund, this could by very handy as well.
