I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes for my son here, still amazed by their high standard of customer service. Their staffs are super friendly and patient, they are very knowledgeable about their products too.

The assistant Olivia who helped us this evening was fantastic. She didn’t try to upsell, was really relatable, showed us exactly what we needed. She was super pleasant with my little boy and helped us find some cool light up shoes for both he and my 2 year old daughter. I liked how she got down at eye level with my son and was really friendly to him.
