The assistant Olivia who helped us this evening was fantastic. She didn’t try to upsell, was really relatable, showed us exactly what we needed. She was super pleasant with my little boy and helped us find some cool light up shoes for both he and my 2 year old daughter. I liked how she got down at eye level with my son and was really friendly to him. We attended the Chadstone store on Thursday morning and were assisted by Mairead. She went over and above to accommodate our daughter, making her feel very comfortable, unpressured about making decisions and also was very knowledgeable. As it turned out, the store didn’t have stock of the size of 1 of the pairs of shoes chosen so she organised to have them delivered to our house. Definitely recommend. Mairead was brilliant.
Service at the Chadstone store was really good. My son had worn out a pair of Nikes in 9 weeks and they replaced them with a new pair of ASICS and assisted us with ensuring he got a pair that meets his needs and refunded the difference. Really incredible service
