Maddy was incredibly helpful and super kind. Definitely have a chat with her. And if her boss is reading this she deserves a pay rise
Very busy when visiting. But staffs have good patient especially with kid’s demand and this should be appreciated. At the end got my son a pair and he seems happy with them. Overall we had a good experience shopping at here. Furthermore, they have plenty of stores that located all over so if we are looking for any changes or refund, this could by very handy as well.
Terrible service. Walked in with my son. 3 people before us and rightfully they were served first. Then I got asked why t shoe I was after and the lady said I’ll get it and check on you. She served 4 other people before checking. I asked another staff member for another shoe and she said “oh sorry our storage is out of the store and we are too busy, so I’ll get it when it’s quiet”. 30 mins later she got the shoe.
