The older lady that has the blue glasses is the most sour woman ever. She turned what is an enjoyable event with your child into a really unforgettable moment.
Ridiculous to have to provide your email address and phone number to join a queue to get served
I always find my daughter's size here; I love coming here. The service is friendly, but sometimes you need to be patient because they have a lot of customers. It's always very organized, though there's a little dust on the display cases, which they could improve for the customer experience. They have many options for toddlers and children. Perhaps they should include more leather shoes.
Was helped by the lovely Theresa today who was so great with our toddler, helped us thoroughly size her feet and found us the perfect shoes for her. Thank you Theresa. It was our first experience with Shoes and Sox and we will definitely be back!
Had an amazing experience here. Elana was so helpful and made it a great experience for my 18 month old son. He ran out of the door grinning from ear to ear :)
