I always find my daughter's size here; I love coming here. The service is friendly, but sometimes you need to be patient because they have a lot of customers. It's always very organized, though there's a little dust on the display cases, which they could improve for the customer experience. They have many options for toddlers and children. Perhaps they should include more leather shoes.
Was helped by the lovely Theresa today who was so great with our toddler, helped us thoroughly size her feet and found us the perfect shoes for her. Thank you Theresa. It was our first experience with Shoes and Sox and we will definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience here. Elana was so helpful and made it a great experience for my 18 month old son. He ran out of the door grinning from ear to ear :)
Would rate 0 if I could. Bad customer service. Girls are rude and don’t smile or check the shoes they put in the boxes. They don’t answer phones and they pack dirty old incorrect shoes into boxes. Have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to resolve this with no response. Never shopping here again.
