Extremely poor unreliable service. Would highly recommend families to shop elsewhere.
Had an amazing experience here. Elana was so helpful and made it a great experience for my 18 month old son. He ran out of the door grinning from ear to ear :)
Would rate 0 if I could. Bad customer service. Girls are rude and don’t smile or check the shoes they put in the boxes. They don’t answer phones and they pack dirty old incorrect shoes into boxes. Have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to resolve this with no response. Never shopping here again.
Great service from Tina, she was excellent and she gave to me and my kid a great experience at the store, she helped us so much showing me many models as I was asking her to try different shoes, she also called her manager to confirm that she was doing a good measure to my son’s feet. Thank you so much Tina for being so kind and helpful with us.
A very poor experience at the Eastgardens store of this famous brand. On November 20th at 5 PM, I entered the store to buy shoes. There were 3 staff members present, and I was the only customer. None of the staff greeted me, and when I was looking at the shoes, not a single person approached to assist me. When I left, no one said goodbye either. This was a very bad customer service experience. I suggest the management team investigate the quality and attitude of these three staff members' customer service!
