We came in store today to buy shoes for both of our boys. We were quickly attended to by a male staff member. He was incredibly awkward with our kids, which is unusual for someone working in that environment... We found pairs we liked and as there was no sale on I asked if they could do any better on the price... The look on his face was both shocked and annoyed, like how dare I! I visited the Waurn Ponds store around 3pm on sunday (17/08/2025) and was very disappointed with the customer service. We stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. While I understand the staff member was serving another customer, there was no eye contact, nod, or even a simple “I’ll be with you shortly.” Instead, she turned her back on us and walked past a couple of times without saying anything. Up until today I've had good experiences with this brand. It was my first time buying shoes at the Waurn Pornds store. The service provided by Emma was terrible. I'm not sure if we upset her somehow but she wouldn't make eye contact, appeared moody and wasn't speaking to us or our 5 and 7 year old children who needed shoes. It was really weird.... Honestly wish we had of gotten shoes elsewhere, and in the future we definitely will.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Bought a new pair of shoes for my 3 year old.
