I have always had nothing but wonderful experiences shopping at Shoes and Sox in Waurn Ponds. The team are always friendly, patient with my kids and extremely helpful. Massive shout out to Emerson for such wonderful customer service and for arranging for a pair of school shoes to be sent directly to my home due to them being out of stock in the size required. I received the shoes within 2 days.
Girl fitted my kids shoes really well. Interacted positively with my child. Will definitely return when he outgrows! He loves his new shoes 😊
Just want to give a massive shout out to the team at Waurn Pond’s. You are super patient, helpful and wonderful with children. Today in store it was so busy, but you were all smiling, organised and kind to all the kids and families. Always come back here with my kids. Superb!🎉🎉🎉🎉
We came in store today to buy shoes for both of our boys. We were quickly attended to by a male staff member. He was incredibly awkward with our kids, which is unusual for someone working in that environment... We found pairs we liked and as there was no sale on I asked if they could do any better on the price... The look on his face was both shocked and annoyed, like how dare I! I visited the Waurn Ponds store around 3pm on sunday (17/08/2025) and was very disappointed with the customer service. We stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. While I understand the staff member was serving another customer, there was no eye contact, nod, or even a simple “I’ll be with you shortly.” Instead, she turned her back on us and walked past a couple of times without saying anything.
