Up until today I've had good experiences with this brand. It was my first time buying shoes at the Waurn Pornds store. The service provided by Emma was terrible. I'm not sure if we upset her somehow but she wouldn't make eye contact, appeared moody and wasn't speaking to us or our 5 and 7 year old children who needed shoes. It was really weird.... Honestly wish we had of gotten shoes elsewhere, and in the future we definitely will.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Bought a new pair of shoes for my 3 year old.
