Very bad customer service . We were standing there and there were 2 ladies just ignoring us. Walk away 4 times. We went there around 4.45pm june 8. Never seen that any where .
Didn’t have a nice experience at shoes and sox Karrinyup, shop was busy, staff was apologetic about waiting to be served, however we waited approximately 15min to be served only to be told that item we were to buy is no longer on sale, in meantime by the entrance into shop is a sign advertising 30% off. In my opinion that is false advertisement, and staff member said that they haven’t taken sign off yet, at 11:15am in a busy shopping centre, that is very bad practice
I tried to call them 3 times during business hours and each time I was hung up on.
Big thank you for the help at Shoes and Sox Karrinyup to Leanne and staff! Made such a difference whilst I was shopping for flower girl shoes, definitely recommend!
Absolute shocking service on several occasions. Today was the icing on the cake There was chaos the sales lady was shouting at the shoppers and being totally rude! Not the first time .. pity the Management still have her working there
