We used to have good service here, but today was awful. All I needed was black and white shoes in the next size up, I was shamed for my trolley being in the way, then she took forever to bring out purple shoes? Like what? It’s expensive to shop here and it’s just not worth the drama. The old lady needs to be fired she looked so angry that we existed. It’s a shop for kids hello, maybe have some patience.
GO HERE if you’re frazzled and need good shoes for kids in the 12 minutes before closing time. But actually DON’T DO THAT, because it’s incredibly inconsiderate to rock up that late. LOL. The lady who served us was a delight. Thanks for turning our frowns upside down xoxo
The lady who helped me was very nice and patient(sorry I didn’t get her name), we tried a few pairs for my daughter’s first shoes. The store was quite busy, but we had a great experience.
I found the service quite unfriendly. I waited at the counter while the staff member was at the computer and there was no greeting or acknowledgment. When I tried to speak, the response came across as abrupt, as if ready for an argument, and I was told they were with another customer. I understand being busy, but clear and polite communication would go a long way.
