Served by Emily who was very lovely and helpful. I had to exchange shoes as initially I purchased wrong size however exchange was easy. Store was busy however service was still great.
Disgusting service. Have been here for 6-10 different pairs of shoes over the last 3 years, the service has never changed. Terrible attitudes and ignore customers. If you don’t wanna work ladies and wanna drink tea and gas bag then maybe hit up a retirement home and get someone that actually wants to work there. This store would actually kill it if they had a bigger premises and staff that actually cared
We had such a wonderful experience with Tracey serving us. My daughter's foot is difficult to fit and she really went the extra mile to find us something that would both fit and satisfy my daughter's desire for "pretty" shoes.
Such professional advice and careful fitting when I took my 7 year old grand daughter in to buy summer sandals. Thank you Tracey for making the experience such a positive one. Will definitely return.
Very bad customer service . We were standing there and there were 2 ladies just ignoring us. Walk away 4 times. We went there around 4.45pm june 8. Never seen that any where .
