We have had several positive experiences at this store. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure everyone is properly fitted. They are also honest and practical. Dora in particular was very helpful to us today. It is often busy but they run a queue, you just need to scan the code.

Served by Emily who was very lovely and helpful. I had to exchange shoes as initially I purchased wrong size however exchange was easy. Store was busy however service was still great.
Disgusting service. Have been here for 6-10 different pairs of shoes over the last 3 years, the service has never changed. Terrible attitudes and ignore customers. If you don’t wanna work ladies and wanna drink tea and gas bag then maybe hit up a retirement home and get someone that actually wants to work there. This store would actually kill it if they had a bigger premises and staff that actually cared
