I think my shoes are good, but the woman at checkout was very rude to me. I asked her if I could get an extra hole in my sandals... she said "Sorry, these are $30 shoes, I can't do anymore. I don't have the lid for the box." At the end She rudely said bye. It felt like she was profiling me for some reason... I mean... She could have just said no that it won't be possible. You're busy but you have the time to be arrogant? And you're taking frustrations out on customers??
