I’ve been in on two occasions to purchase sneakers and school shoes. The staff were very helpful and patient with our family. I had ordered a pair online to pick up but they didn’t fit. The staff were understanding and let us swap the shoes for ones that were more suitable. Great customer experience.
One because the needs to be nicer atleast with the costumers ,shes rude .We bought 2 shoes for my girls. The lady with the short hair ( the district store outlet Adelaide ) . The older lady is nice 👌.
I don't think I've EVER come across a more grumpy and rude salesperson. Unfortunately, I left the 2 pairs of shoes I was about to purchase and abruptly walked out. 100% would NOT recommend, due to the man there that cannot possibly be educated in customer service. The Skechers are more expensive there than in the Skecher shop anyway.
Nice shopping atmosphere and good bargain brand shoes with 10% daily special. Some shoes 👟 have 60% off discount you will love it
