The ladies at Tuggerah Shoe Warehouse showed nothing but kindness and professionalism during my visit on Monday. I often find it hard to find shoes that are comfortable, durable and easy to wear for work and they went above and beyond to help me. It felt like they had the same goal to find something comfortable and fitting for me instead of other retailers who force service onto you and disregard your needs. Thank you, I will be back!
Very friendly service. Not much range for kids in the size 1-4 area at all
Older retail lady regarded me with the same gusto and enthusiasm as one would greet a fart in an elevator. Her responses were stolid and condescending, and even her parting compulsory platitudes were delivered with a level of disdainful abruptness. Wishing her a better day tomorrow.
