I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I first purchased a pair of shoes, the staff member told me the box was damaged and gave me the shoes without a box. She was quite unfriendly and didn’t provide a welcoming customer experience. Later, I went back to return the shoes and get a different size for my mum. The manager refused the return because there was no box. When I explained that I wasn’t given one at the time of purchase, she denied it and insisted they never give shoes without boxes.
