I went in the shop and started to browse and tried on some shoes, the lady with white hair walked towards me and told me to ask for help and started to bang the display shoes, it was murmured sth, probably swearing at me, I had to leave the shop feeling anxious. Such a bad customer service. Go to the shop, if you want to spoil your day .
Every time I walk in there the service is intimidating, rude and rushed. They also made me pay extra for my exchange. I purchase shoes a week ago and today the sale ended and I needed to exchange the size, they said as the sale ended I have to pay the difference in price. I didn’t argue with them as I felt put down by both staff on. The stars are for good range of shoes and the one time I actually got acknowledged in there
Worst customer service, lady name Tanya was unhappy that we tried shoes on, we did put shoe back in boxes but she was still really unhappy, making horrible expressions. Wouldn’t go back there
Staff need to learn some manners attended 13/7/25 at around 11 am got screamed at by a short lady with glassess for putting a shoe to the side. She charged towards me and i thought she was going to assault me. Other lady was watching and did nothing to reprimand this behaviour. Disgusting
