Worst customer service, lady name Tanya was unhappy that we tried shoes on, we did put shoe back in boxes but she was still really unhappy, making horrible expressions. Wouldn’t go back there
Staff need to learn some manners attended 13/7/25 at around 11 am got screamed at by a short lady with glassess for putting a shoe to the side. She charged towards me and i thought she was going to assault me. Other lady was watching and did nothing to reprimand this behaviour. Disgusting
Wow what a ‘friendly’ and ‘helpful’ customer service. The old lady with a boy cut( most likely Slavic accent). Very weird vibe, won’t say racist (although I can see she could be) just plain rude and ignorant. Not sure that’s the place for her to work in customer service if you can’t handle customer queries, maybe time to retire. Sounded uninterested and annoyed when we asked a simple question.
Very bad customer service by 2 grandmothers working there, please smile please treat customers nicely we are paying for your salary otherwise stay home look after your grandchildren .
Horrible ladies working in this shop. Very rude.
