Word of advice: always inspect your items if you do click-and-collect. This place loves to pass off damaged goods or heavily worn display items to pickup customers. Last week, I ordered a pair of shoes online after seeing they had three pairs left in stock. When I picked them up, they were visibly flawed. Was here today, had never felt this way before at any store in Melbourne. One of the staff there was so rude for just trying the slippers out. Mom and I felt discriminated. I could not get her name. This is how you show your professionalism? Your staffs are is the wrong field mate. If they do not know how to smile and treat people well, they are not fit to be in the job they are. Make sure they have the right training.
