Inconsistent service and poor excuses. I visited this store last week to buy a pair of boots and noticed a distinct mark/crack on the base where the sole meets the heel. When I pointed it out, the staff originally offered me a 10% discount. I didn't take it at the time because I was worried the flaw would reduce the lifespan of the shoe and it wouldn't last long.
