This place is an amazing place to buy great shoes! I want to commend how helpful the customer service especially to the lovely young lady Amery who went above and beyond to find me a beautiful adidas sneakers. She took her time and was patient with me. I just want to say thank you for being such an angel as I was having such a crazy day. I will definitely be coming back to DFO Shoe Warehouse!
Do you even deserve to be a manager Amarie or whatever your name is??? You are such a ridiculous service provider. You guys open the shop and can’t give us a bag?? We bought 2 pair of shoes on Labor Day Monday and your manager Amarie replied us they have no bag,, and she replied with rude face. She don’t deserve to be a manager at all. Placed order on 26 February 2025 and paid extra for express shipping within 4-5 business days as needed shoes for an event 3 weeks later. They never arrived. On the 21 March 2025 finally received an email with the invoice and AusPost tracking number confirming it was only received by AusPost on the 21 March. I have not received any response to my follow up email sent on the 15 March and no contact to advise me of any anticipated delays. Very helpful. Explained how the shoe sizes work for different types of feet.
Been there twice in the past fortnight trying to find the right pair of shoes and there is a female Asian staff member with long hair who has made both experiences really unpleasant with her nasty attitude. She’ll pull a fake smile and a “can I help you with anything?” only to follow you around angrily rolling her eyes if you touched any of the boxes on the shelf or tried on any of the shoes. Might actually be a better experience without the fake niceness!
