Fantastic staff and service!
It's been a while since I've had some incredible customer service, but Jo W-S at Harbor Town Shoe Wearhouse just made my day with her awesome knowledge of school shoes. Seek out Jo - she knows all the brands, professionally sizes and fits the shoes, and gives you the hot tips needed to promote school shoe longevity. What a woman!!! Thank you Jo - I didn't realise this kind of service still existed .
Went to purchase a pair of shoes and had the worst interaction with the lady at the counter. I felt personally attacked by her judgy and pointed remarks at me which came from no where. She made me feel unsafe, something I’ve never felt in any other stores which is a crazy thing to somehow pull off in a simple retail position. For reference, she had a noticeable scar on her face and was on the older side. Let’s hope she gets the help she needs.
The salesman immediately remove price sticker and change the price on counter. This is first time i have seen on this shop it is really bad experience there. And that man is very rude and arrogant.
Had outstanding service from Jo today! Picked up a click and collect and made sure it fit, even checked the stock to see if we needed a bigger size-which we did! Got her feet measured and she took great care to ensure that the shoe was comfortable for my daughter! We came from Brisbane to collect the order and will definitely make the trip again, for Jo’s excellent service! Thanks so much again Jo! :)
