Visited the Knox store recently and was met with nothing but amazing customer service from Tania. She was excellent and extremely helpful. Will be back for my next pair of shoes very soon.
Friendly team offering great customer service. Looking for some comfy work shoes & was recommended to try the Hush Puppies. Perfect for standing all day & well priced. An easy 5 star experience.
Extremely rude staff, experienced multiple times.
The sales lady is racist and does not treat Asians with same respect nor would she speak or make eye contact and offer any customer service.
Awful company. A shoe I was after was on sale (physical items were in-store) but the SKU does not exist online. As a result, I couldn’t place order online. Spoke to their useless store staff and HQ ppl and got the ‘Not my problem’ attitude.
