Rude Staff! I was in the store and it was completely empty and my wife and I were looking for shoes. We waited for over 10 minutes and no one came to service us. The 2 girls at the store were too busy talking to each other, despite me catching their attention multiple times they never approached. I finally had enough and went up to the lady’s and asked if there conversation was really important because their customer service wasn’t. I had a fantastic experience of shopping at this store. The staff behaved very professionally and friendly.
Terrible store with terrible customer service. Had shoes put aside on hold for me. Came all the way from the city to only find the store shut. Called about it the next day and the store assistant was rude and non-apologetic. Will never buy from this store ever again.
Lady at the Knox store was very helpful and friendly, will continue using this store, the shop opposite staff couldn't be bothered getting me what I wanted. Will certainly be returning to Shoe warehouse.
