Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter without box 3 days before and didn't fit perfectly for her so we went back there to exchange or refund another day with receipt but a very poor customer service was experienced from staff named Trisha. She neither accept refund nor exchange so it’s very disappointing.
Shoe Warehouse impressed me with its helpful staff and great offers. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The shop had a wide range of shoes to choose from, and the offers provided excellent value for money. Overall, a highly recommended destination for shoe shopping.
