I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies online but I got the size wrong. I emailed the store in Victoria and got a swift response. I was able to exchange them in the Canberra store and the lady (didn't get her name) was very helpful and I was able to exchange without any trouble or hassle at all. An excellent customer experience. Thanks Team!
